WHAT TO KNOW
I was born on the 11 August 1978 in Accra - Ghana in west Africa.
I am endowed with critical thinking analytic ability,creative decisions making and effective problem solving skills.
I started dancing in the year 1990 and acquire immense skills in dance from dance contractors led by Samuel Adjie Sowah Ghana dance champion 1995.
Finally i had my dance well upgraded to the professional level in dance factory based in the national theatre of Ghana led by Joseph Adjietey Sowah 1986 world dance champion and manage by Korkor Amarteifio.
Quite apart from this experience i have work with great choreographers both in Ghana and internationally.
Example of this choreographers are Nii Yartey former artistic director of the national dance company and founder of noyam dance company.
Marcaline Lartigue from France,Mark sieczkarek from Germany.Jose Calarco descendants(aboriginals)islander dance theatre australia.
When it comes to project that i have taken part in and explore in the world.just to mention a few like.'' LIVING WITH AIDS'',''BROKE'',''AIDS IS REAL'' Choreograph by dance factory and Mark seiczkarek.
Which we tour and educate the world about how to break poverty and prevent the deadly virus H.I.V (A.I.D.S)
I have also develop model called sense frequency and dance (SFD). which i coach people how to use dance or movement to make decisions in all things by using there intuition.

African dance endures the soul and and can bring joy to yourself,community or the country.its said be to very accient. it always have a meaning and the meaning speaks of every step or song u sing. it normally goes with singing and drumming. we have so many types of African dances, but they all have history that speaks of them.
WHAT IS DANCE?
Dance is a psychotherapeutic use of movement as a process which furthers the emotional, cognitive and physical integration of an individual.
It is the fundamental tool of art and culture of guestures or movement, involving direct expression through the mind to the body.

המשיך לפתח את מיומנויות הריקוד אצל
Joseph Adjietey Sowah- מחזיק באליפות בינלאומית לריקוד אפריקאי בשנת 1986
הוא הופיע ברחבי העולם וכך רכש ניסיון רב כמורה לריקוד כרקדן וכוריאוגרף.
כחלק מפעילותו הוא נטל חלק חשוב משלושה פרויקטים גדולים, בנושא: איידס HIV
שהתרחבה מאפריקה לאירופה:
1. "LIVING WITH AIDS"
2. AIDS IS REAL"
3. BROKE""
סיידו מביא את התרבות, האוטנטיות, המקצועיות, והיצירתיות לתוך עולם הריקוד.
החן והקסם האישי שלו, גורמים לכל אירוע להיות חוויה יוצאת דופן.
סיידו מופיע כרקדן גם בהרכבים שונים של מתופפים ורקדנים מקצועיים אחרים.
בארץ הוא הופיע בעשרות מקומות.
סיידו מונע מתוך אמונה שהריקוד מביא מרפא לנשמה, ולכן הוא התנדב רבות בבתי ספר לילדים בעלי מגבלות שכליות וגופניות ואף בבתי אבות.
השמחה שהוא הביא לאנשים אלו, מביאה לו סיפוק נפשי רב.
כיום, ההתמחות שלו בריקודים אפריקאיים מסורתיים ובאפרו דאנס:
מעביר סדנאות פרטיות ובחברות.
מלמד ילדים בבתי ספר ריקוד ותיפוף חוויתי.
מלמד בבתי ספר לריקוד, ריקוד אפריקאי מקצועי.
הופעות כרקדן סולו או בהרכבים שונים. (משתנה בהתאם לאירוע).
כוריאוגרף מוכשר שכבר הצליח להתביע את חותמו גם בארצנו הקטנטונת.
